I had a full hip operation in February 2024, Mr Jain informed me of what would happen every step of the way, I was very very nervous and my anxiety level had gone through the roof, but the pain I was in outweighed the anxiety . When I arrived at the hospital Mr Jain came to see me to see if I was ok and to tell me what time they would come and get for the operation, when I was taken to the theatre, Mr Jain still told me what he was going to do and asked me if I was ok. Mr Jain saw me in the recovery and came again when I was in my room , I couldn’t have been looked after more, I have great faith in Mr Jain that I’m now considering having the other hip done.Very Nice man, Great surgeon and very good at listening to his patients.

I had knee replacement surgery for which Mr Jain was the surgeon. From the very first consultation with Mr Jain I felt confident that all would be well. He had a very calm, confident nature that instantly put me at ease and he explained all aspects of the injury and treatment throughout. He made a potentially difficult experience feel very safe and positive.

I was recommended by my brother in law and my neighbour who both had knee replacements performed by Mr Jain and they were both delighted with the outcomes. Mr Jain put me at ease and listened carefully to me at my appointments and he talked me through the whole procedure including the recovery and exercises and expectations. Everything went as planned and i am walking really well now, climbing stairs and using an exercise bike without pain. I had total knee replacements on both knees and prior to the operations i was in a considerable amount of pain and i could not walk far at all. I am delighted with the outcome and looking forward to continuing with the sports i like to do pain free.

I've recently had my second post-op consultation with Mr. Jain. He discussed my X-rays which show the procedure was a success. He was pleased with my recovery, was very encouraging and listened carefully to my concerns. I will have a final consultation with him almost a year after the procedure which is comforting and reassuring to know. After being in pain for two years and passed from pillar to post, I met with Mr Jain. He listened to me in the most caring & understanding manner and reassured me from the start. I am 81 and never had any surgery or been in hospital for anything so he knew I was nervous. He was amazingly caring and considerate. I underwent hip replacement surgery in January of this year and was put at ease from my arrival. I have recovered really well and it’s all thanks to Mr Rain, his team and all the staff at The Spire Alexandra. Thank you so much. You’re all brilliant and you’ve given me my life back!
